Due to the events of Hurricane Harvey, AMSET rescheduled the 30th Anniversary Gala for Saturday, October 21 6:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. The gala will now be held at the Art Museum of Southeast Texas located at 500 Main Street, Beaumont, Texas 77701. Proceeds benefit AMSET exhibitions, educational programs, and Hurricane Harvey victims.
Professional photography will greet party-goers at the door with print-on-location keepsakes. Cocktail hour, with appetizers, begins at 6:30 p.m., featuring the signature drink, “The 30th” Pearl Cocktail. Fine Dining by Bando’s Catering will be served at 7:30 p.m. introducing delectable entrees and pearl-themed desserts. Silent and live auctions including themed parties and stunning art selections will keep party-goers enticed with dancing to follow. The live, musical entertainment of Sharon Montgomery and the Golden Triangle All-Stars will set the tone for the evening. Attire is black tie optional; guests are encouraged to don their pearls.
The Anniversary Gala will honor well-known Texas artist and Beaumont native, Richard Stout and AMSET Board Presidents from the past decade. This anniversary event is made possible through Gala Chairs Rachael and Stephen Roane, and committee members Judy Black, Sandra Clark, Gerald Farha, Sandy Fertitta, Craig Kinsel, Keely Kinsel, Lynda Moncla, Albert Nolen, Janey Phelan, and Jessica Garth Whitney.
Individual seats are $250. Table reservations range from $1,600 to $15,000 and can seat up to 10 guests. Top table packages include original prints by honored artist, Richard Stout, VIP access to a private cocktail event with the artist, signed monographs by Stout, and tableside champagne.
